€94.000????? How much did you play for it in the first place? What extra equipment does it has? What are the taxes in Luxemburg, auto taxes..?

see it this way:

a FULL option M5 (with really everything you can get without going BMW individual) costs around 107.000 € here. (15% VAT in Luxembourg)
Annual roadtax is a joke (under 200€)

Now dealers here give serious reductions to existing customer (you get 10% on a 5 series without too much effort, no matter if it is M or a 525!) so the price quoted here is very acceptable

Now go for a Swiss tourist plate and you even don't pay VAT
