The sub-woofers are under the front seats I think. Could be an interesting sensation if you turn them up! The bass on the Pro7 system is already pretty impressive - Enjoyment even sitting in slow traffic.

I Love the SMG and would not want any other. With 100 octane racing fuel K and N air filters and charcoal filters out, you cAN REALLY FEEL THE g-FORCE. Next MOD WILL BE THE EXHAUST which will really add to the air intake, with the SMG geaRBOX it will be close to 600 hp which really give the new vette a run for their money

Hi, I am going on my second E60. The first one was blue SMG, sport active seats. I traded it last week with 15k miles for an 07 black on black with all options except the side rear air bags and rear curtains.
The reason why I traded is because the SMG transmission was acting up and I could not stand it. I am now a happy owner of a 6 speed E60

Just picked up my 06 Silverstone II M5 this past weekend! Fully optioned. Was a little skeptical of SMG....I'm such a dolt! Like they say, "don't knock it 'til you've tried it!"
