Took delivery in early January on a 2006 used M5, Silverstone exterior, Silverstone interior, 9k miles, SMG. I've been a manual transmission guy my whole life but I love this SMG - it just seems right for this car and it is a blast to drive. It's not an automatic and that's why I like it.

You can go to the URL that is in my signature....the third link down has several pictures of the car.....with the 3M clear bra.....I didn't notice it until I looked for it (really). My previous car, a 2006 X5 had all sorts of dings, chips, and micro-dents on the front.....all small projectiles are supposed to bounce off of the bra.

Time will tell.
