Can you please explain why i should remove these fuses? Should i remove them and then start the car? What is the idea behind it? What about the 3 year old fuel? Do I need to get the fuel out and replace it, or will it be fine?

Thanks John

Jim is saying to remove the fuses so you can crank the engine to get the oil flowing.
Throw some fuel stabilizer, injector cleaner in and give it a crank. Just make sure you fill up with good fuel as soon as you can and go through a couple of tanks before you open her up.
