21" wheels AND a 30mm drop? There's going to be some rubbing going on, unless the springs are rock-hard!
Personally, I think 20" would be perfect on the E60 - the Alpina 19" wheels look just fractionally too small to me.

which tires are available in the sizes they recommend?
P Zero Nero doesn't come in 21"..
i guess PS2 then:
(245/35YR21 $435)
255/30YR21 $362 special
295/25YR21 $398
according to tirerack.....
