Anyone got a link to where to get I can get seals for the Vanos on my e60 m5? All the seals preferably for the solenoids etc. Would like to do a refurb and check.

Can the vanos pump be refurbished too?

Not serviceable without cutting it in half and then kind of pointless to replace o-rings then. The piston carrier retention snap rings are impossible to remove without machining them out.

Brilliant BMW design to preserve parts revenue. Similar move as on the M5 DSC units, the motor casing is staked into the block requiring the block to be machined, drilled, and tapped for a replacement.
