Hey Pdiack,
A true entrepreneur, understands, that after he has created the business from nothing, and has got it up and running successfully, he then needs to remove himself from it.
He has to set systems in place, and set the business free to unlock its true potential.
Its funny how the person that creates and nurtures it from nothing, in the end is the one holding it back from reaching its true potential. His biggest enemy is EGO. No one can do it as good as I can mentality.
Fine, get three people who can do it at 98 % of your ability and trebble your business. Ones business needs to be seen as a separate entity from oneself. Otherwise, one has nothing to sell.
Some companies are the person. If that owners tries to sell, its worthless without him. So make the systems earn you the money, not yourself. You are limited to 24 hrs in a day. * of which should be spent sleeping. Systems can add a multiplier to the end of forever.
How would you like the company to still pay you, long after you sold it. And you have Zero input.
Ignorance is bliss. To the magician there is no such thing as magic.
