How many Ferrari owners actually make full use of their cars like that? If I acquired a rock chip on my Ferrari, I'd probably pull to the roadside and weep. Over several years of ownership, a business associate of mine has put very few miles on his Maranello, and has never once driven it to work. The car he drives is a BMW. In a sense, therefore, comparison of a Ferrari to any other "normal" car, be it two-door or four-door, may be more theoretical than practical.

I wouldn't mind having a 360 as a daily driver. Just put clear bra over the entire car so you won't have to worry about car washing machines scratching the paint or any rock chips. Plus, it comes with a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty. I would probably put 25k miles a year on it.
On the subject of Top Gear, I agree that Clarkson will say something bad about the car after saying so many good things. Like, I-drive is a horrible thing and the rear is a design catastrophy (even though he's said it a dozen times before on the regular E60). I bet he'll end the segment with "I'd rather have the upcoming AM V8."
