Just purchased the DEPO tails

When I turn car on and lights are set to "0" or off, they flicker/blink several times before stopping.

Anyone experiencing this?

I may be mistaken but I feel like while glancing back I've seen my OEM LCI tail lights do this too, not sure why, always forget to research.
