M5 brakes = Alpina B7 Brakes?

just read somewhere, that the b7 has 374mm front and 370mm rear brakes. if i am not wrong, these are exactly the same diameters as of the m5 brakes. can anybody confirm that and/or post details on both brakes? (callipers and so on...)

Re: M5 brakes = Alpina B7 Brakes?

The B7-brakes comes from the BMW 760i/Li. So itīs likely that the M5 has a modified version of these brakes.
