The fuse for the Horns is fuse51 it's 5A
There are two horns, assess is under each wheel arch, if they have both failed, and it's not the fuse, it might be the module on the steering wheel, check the other functions on the steering wheel as it is likely that they might be affected as well. If it is the module on the steering wheel, ensure the airbag is disconnected first before doing anything.
I bought Piaa dual horns for past car, and will definitely be doing the same with the M5. Laughable!
