Ah it's a private joke from another thread and not actually serious. There have been a few trolls of late starting E60 M5 kicks E55 butt threads lately.

I don;t know how serious the Autocar rumour of the 5.5L V10 for the M6 is. If so, hopefully BMW will release this motor as an option on the M5.

Funny thread indeed, but a good read. Lots of people there who need to realize that all kings get dethroned, and all empires fall. The E39 M5 did, the W211 E55 will, and all models will be surpassed given enough time. If it didnt, we would all still be driving Model T Fords around.
Great little article, very artistic with the flames. The E60 will be a monster, and that photospread captured that quite well. Thanks for the link.
