Re: E60 M5 test mule spotted in Malibu again!

Amazing.

I drove to and from Brentwood - Malibu area for 5 years (1989-1994) and never saw any prototypes around, not even Hyundais

What I experienced was :
- drought (1989),
- flood (1990),
- landslide (1991) : Bent one of my Alpina front wheels,
- curfew due to Downtown riot (1992),
- big fire that nearly destroyed my campus (1993) and,
- Earthquake (1994).

Got two tickets for driving 50mph in a 45mph PCH during those 5 years
I must be the unluckiest driver in Malibu

Re: E60 M5 test mule spotted in Malibu again!

I know someone who knows a co-worker of the person who gets to drive the mule home. Yes, he does work at the Oxnard facility. Word is, his morning commute route is normally Portrero road, so that's where you need to be in the A.M. if you want to take some pics!
