I'm surprised there are not more members of the forum installing these intakes-for me they are a good value and fun!

Also, here a quick comparo of the Evolve scoops and RPI scoops..

Evolve scoops seem more sturdy, well built, thicker metal , large weld, and better scoop flow pattern..

RPI scoops in comparison felt alot cheaper, flimsy, thin metal, and the box type scoop flow wasn't as good..

Your car sounds awesome!

ROI is not there for me. Yes they are handsome and emit and epic sound, but the gains are minimal. I live in an area that experiences lots of heat and humidity. Senad's review is the real value here, his data allowed me to make a decision based on real world results. If I lived in the bay area (SF) or an area that has moderate temps, I'd be all over them. Maybe Senad will retest his eventuri intakes this fall/winter and post results as I still have interest. They sound amazing! but at this time, I'd like to add a few other modification...Evolve tune will be one of my next mods FOSHO.

I agree with what you said the intakes are very nice. I would have gotten them if they came out a year ago or earlier I just am at the point I am done with mods. I haven't bought anything for my car in almost a year except last month for those PedalHaus pedals.

LOL stfu, Issac. We all know you're not done. We are never really done. I've said that multiple times and then Sal had to come out with this intake kit and he revived that damn mod bug with fresh air and it is now hungrier than ever.

2014 I already bought the Evolve intakes, RDSport sway bars, Dinan monoballs, HRE P43SCs, and today I just ordered another damn mod. Luckily there's only one last thing I want on my mod list and I for sure will not buy that this year. I still have rod bearings to do later this year and property tax to pay lol. That last mod I will save for 2015...

I will def post more IAT's and logs this fall, but IAT's will only get better .. But my testing was just to validate Evolve testing, and to compare to the stock boxes.. The evolve intakes keep IAT's in check just as much as the stock boxes, while taking in a lot more air and in a better/smoother flow rate.. If your in high humidity, no intake can fight that, but for high temps, while sitting in traffic, both the evolve intake and stock boxes get extremely hot! Both evolve and stock boxes, like to be on the move (car moving) to lower IAT's, i honestly think my results would be identical in even higher temps, i don't think you would ever have a problem down the road.. The stock boxes will heatsoak just as much as the evolve intakes..

Logs coming soon, just got some logging tools from bimmersoftware.com.. Should be fun.

Hehe, no really I pretty much am. The Evolve intakes I MIGHT get eventually. As of right now I am happy the way my car sits I am saving up my dough for whatever vehicle may come next and enjoying the rest of my college experience. I busted my *** the first 2 1/2 years to get my car the way I wanted it and here I am lol, pretty happy camper. My warranty ends mid next year so I might get another policy or part ways with my car. Time will tell.
