Re: Ideas and planning for Geneva 2004!

I think the absolute number one priority should be to get a "private" viewing of some kind with the new E60 M5.

Someone at BMW must be able to arrange this for us. I remember that MRacer said he knows the lady in charge of press at BMW. How about some other board members with connections (e.g. Absent) get involved.

BMW should realise that we (the existing M5 owners & enthusiasts) are the most important customer base for the new car and this is the least they can do for us.

Sadly, I do not have any inside contacts but those that do please call in your favours now

Ashok, I agree with your priority.

just read that it is BMW Switzerland who is managing the BMW display. Ill call them first but I guess it will be hard for them to sau anything about upcoming models.

Re: Ideas and planning for Geneva 2004!

I doubt BMW Switzerland will reveal anything about the exhibits. It's worth pursuing them first but ultimately I think BMW-AG are the people to contact.

I notice that the Ticket Price reduces from CHF 12- each to CHF 7- each if we book a group of 20 or more. I suggest this is a good idea provided we get a minimum of 20 persons to commit. I will start a new thread for this.
