Depends on how you drive...

RD Sport if you want oversteer at the limit.

Dinan if you want understeer over the limit.

Remember, oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of your car; understeer is when you it the wall with the front. (And hp is how fast you hit the wall, while torque is how far you move the wall at the track).

Neither one is better than the other -- just different. Personally, I like oversteer.

5280 that was probably one of the funniest yet accurate and simple ways of explaining under/oversteer.

We are in the same oversteer school! So RD it is.

Woody has a great picture of his car cornering... 1 with Dinan and 1 with RD. It is very telling.

Thanks for the pic Woody! I just missed a great opportunity to buy a set of RD Sport sways! Urrgh! Hesitated on pulling the trigger on a set for $300. Now I'll have to pay full price for new ones unless anyone knows of another good deal. I'm hoping to do my suspension and wheels mod by early spring. I want to do suspension first, get use to that set up and lower stance, get all the break-in scrapes on my front lip out of the say and then do wheels n repaint front lip. Along with a few other cosmetic mods I've been stockpiling. I want to do a drastic change rather than little by little. Can't wait for spring to get here!

How come no one talks about end link upgrades? Has anyone found an upgraded end link for M5? All my prior cars had a beefy unit that really added to help swaybar function. Stock M5 are even longer and really skinny. thx

@randywei is running upgraded endlinks.

I may go that route at some point, but just have not.

Footnote: I would not go with RDSport sways today. They had QC spiral over the past few years. My RDsways have held up. Several other members had their RDSways snap.
