I'm looking into BC coilovers, the price is very atractive and they seem to have good reputation.. My oem struts with 145 000km did not like the eibach lowering Springs. My back left unit started leeking a few weeks after I installe the springs.

Are the height adjustement possibilties good ? I would like to raise the back a little bit to stop the rubbing I have on one side (eibach springs actualy)

Yes...you can adjust the height as well.

I have to temporarily recall my criticisms on the H&R springs. Turns out my strut bearings and front struts are shot. (My car has 73k miles, but I think it's these terrible Tri state roads).

I'm going to replace my front struts soon with the Bilstein EDC replacements (with the TMS camber plate) and see how the ride is then.

If it's still harsh after that, I'll go with Eibach.

There's only two EDC replacements currently, one direct replacement and one coil over kit both made by Bilstein:

Oem style replacement strut ($500 front/ $300 rear a piece)
Bilstein Heavy Duty Front Shock - E60 M5 with EDC - Turner Motorsport

Coilover kit ($4k)
Bilstein B16 EDC Coil Over Suspension - E60 M5 - Turner Motorsport

Which of the two sway bars would you recommend?

I believe both front & rear sway bars are needed or you may have to much under or over steer
