E60 to debut in US detroit show.

This might be wrong.

But in a way it makes perfect sense.

The new E60 5 series will not be at the Paris show unfortunately.
Apparently the New model will be on sale by the summer of 2003.
so it has been written.

But Also Geneva 2003 is aslo mentioned but this is when the new
6 series coupe is apparently to be released.

So could the new 5 series have it's world premiere in January at
the Detroit show???

Time will tell if I am right , If you see official pictures before the end of the year then I guess it will have a US debut in January.

Just my two cents.

Scott.

Just about the right time of delay when a manufacturer must redo the exterior design.

I am sure BMW is not going to kill their goose this time. If the 5er does not get the reception it deserves...RIP BMW!

no, the 5er will get the reception it diserves, the question is: will it be diserving of a good or bad reception.

so far I am not a fan of the spy pics. let us hope.
