19" Maya STM rims from E46 M3 fit on E60 M5?

Hey guys, I'm in need of some info. I've got a line on some 19" Maya STM rims and tires. Things are next to perfect, just don't want to buy them if they won't fit or look right, and I can't get at my car because its in storage. They are 19x9+40 offset and 19x10+23 offset with 245x35x19 and 285x35x19 tires. They came off an E46 M3 and want to put them on my E60. They look mint, just not interested in buying them if they won't work. thanks for your inputs

Those will fit with a large spacer in the front, infact a real large spacer around 30-35mm spacer or even larger for a more flush fitment. Also would need different tire at the front but you could use your stock fronts.
