Anyone here have any feedback about BSW products or services?

I ordered a set of speakers from them solely based on the fact that they are a forum sponsor.
The wrong speakers were sent/ordered. When i had ordered the speakers i put in that i wanted the Dirac/individual option but i guess the L7 ones were sent to me.
I called in and i am told that i need to order a different configuration that would be more expensive, which is fine with me.

After multiple emails and returning the speakers i get no response back, this seems to be the case with previous emails as well.
I hate dealing with companies that do not value customer service.
Now i am second guessing the quality of the speakers based on my dealings with them.

Anyone else here have dealings with them?

TIA

I can tell you their speakers are awesome. Several of us here have ordered and are very pleased with them. As for their customer service, it can be a lot better. They usually don't answer and when they do, it seems like you're bothering them. But the product is awesome for plug n play!

I have installed their Logic 7 upgrade speakers in my car and love the sound. Called Halston and spoke with him about my E90 daily driver and always found him very responsive, so no issues at all here.

i dealt with Halston too. I guess they only repsond well when making the initial purchase.
If they have good product it sucks to see that there customer service or response time is so poor.
I hope they get back to me before i change my mind and take my business elsewhere.
