Did you get the authentic or replica version? I already started a build thread although I did not title it that way.

Doug,

When are you coming up to ATL? Let's have a meet in the next few weeks once everyone has their new additions (esp. me). Mike, sorry to hijack your thread, but we need to see your modded beast as well soon. Your springs and coilovers arrive yet?

Well at first I ordered replica flippers then after I ordered the authentic spoiler and diffuser I went ahead and also ordered the authentic flippers too so I would be guaranteed a match of the CF. This was really important because I am planning ot have the flippers molded to the front bumper so there is no seam.

Surprisingly, the reps arrived and they look AWESOME! I can't say iif they are a perfect match to the authentic as far as the CF but it is NICE and it will be close. I prob could have just stuck with those and saved a bunch of $! I guess I will be selling those suckers.

I need to make another weekend trip to Atlanta again. This time I will be taking the beast. I was hoping to save it for Angiefest but I may not be able to wait that long as I want to check out your beast. I got a few more parts coming and the last part probably won't be here until next weekend if not the following weekend. The three of us can do a mini photoshoot.

That would actually be very cool since I was planning to do a professional photoshoot once the mods are done. Okay Doug/Mike, I'm throwing this out there for either September 8th or 15th weekend for a photoshoot with the three of us. Two SS and an Indy would be badass!!! Let me know if you're in...

THAT would be VERY cool! That is if Anthony ever gets his car out of the shop. I'm beginning to think it only exists in forum posts-lol!

I didn't see that you were from GA as well at first. Like I told Anthony the other day, we sure as heck will be bad for each others' wallets...you mod, I mod, you mod, I mod, you mod, I mod-hahahahahahaha!

LOVE to see your beast. What is Angiefest? Googled it but still not getting much info except a FB page of Buckhead Imports...hhhm....I like the sound of that.

-Mike

Very cool. I found more info. I live in Marietta and it looks like this is where it is being held in October this year. Definitely will be there with the beast.

Anthony,
September 15th will be better for me. I was going to bring my camera but I am no photographer. If you can setup a professional shoot that would be better. It will be two modded Vorsteiner M5s and your 1M version M5. Your car will be out of place. Hahaha.

Mike, if you do a search you will see my thread or if you can wait until tomorrow I will bump the thread to show the new parts.

Mike,

Where did you get these quality replica flippers?

I know I know. Trust me, I'm sick of the delays as well. I'm going to check on progress tomorrow and hopefully can put some new pictures up on my build post. I really want to wait on my wheels to come which should be first week of September at the latest. I hired a professional photographer last time and she did an awesome job so I'd like to hire her again unless you guys have any objections. She's very reasonable and pays a lot of attention to detail. Here's my previous photoshoot...

Photoshoot on the Goat Farm!!!

Not sure what's going on with the 4ngiefest blog site, but it's not the easiest to find. Yes, October is the date, but that's much too late for us to get together. Mike, Doug is down near Savannah so he usually makes a weekend of it to come to ATL. That would be cool since it would give us some flexibility for a weekend shoot.
