eBay Aluminum ///M Pedals long term question

Can anyone provide a comment or two on the durability and longevity of these pieces? They look good up front and when new but I am concerned a little down the road if they start to wear or if the rubber will tear, or if the rubber folds over on itself when shifting hard. That's why I haven't bought them yet despite their low price point, and am starting to look more at bmwpedals.com despite their high price point.

The top of my stock clutch pedal has a small tear in it and thought now would be a good time to do a nice, classy, racing-inspired setup.

I've had mine over two years with zero issues. A couple of track days and some mountain runs and they still look new. No paint fading or rubber tearing/folding on any of the pedals (including the dead pedal).

Do you have a link to the pedals? I'm interested, myself, and know that there are a number of them floating around eBay.

These are all made by the same factories in China. I've actually visited one and picked mine up directly from them. If you have SMG make sure you get the one with the SMALL brake pedal. The big one is for a regular E60 automatic. Here's one that works for SMG.

Only thing I'm not digging so much are the ///M logos. The inside of the car is festooned with them. Steering wheel, shifter, speedo, floormat, doorsill and now would be pedals??? Overkill?

About two years on mine and fine, the only other comment on these is I have got my shoe laces catch the little studs going through the pedal. They stick out a little far on the back side of the pedal, easy fix is trim them back the little bolts with a dremmel or hack saw blade.
