Mazda?Ferrari? Fail!

I was driving home last Friday and came on a little red convertible. My brain had to do a double take. If you look closely, you can see "Ferarri" above the license plate and the prancing horse logo just left of it. My frontal cortex finally kicked in and said, "Hey that's a Miata!"

I know it isn't a BMW, but hey, I was in a BMW when I took the picture.

If the guy has a Ferrari at home in the garage, I'm not sure whether to forgive him or not. Not!

I'm sure the Miata's owner was just having fun. People who have base model cars and badge it with emblems from the top model of that range are the ones that are posers. hahaha

A while back I saw a Toyota Corolla with full gold Lexus LS400 badging but I know the owner was just messing around.

Last summer, while visiting the USAF Museum in Dayton, I saw a first generation Honda Echo in rattle-can matte black badged as a Ferrari. My occipital lobe is still reeling.
