Pics of the new car....

Finally got around to posting some pics of the new car. 2009 Alpine White/Portland Brown SMG. Obviously after some of my other threads, initial ownership has been trying to say the least but it would appear that is in the past. Car has run well for 500 miles or so without any of the previous issues. My initial thoughts on the car after having some time with it is very positive. A very well balanced car, especially for a 4K pounder. SMG is a non event IMO. I have never driven an early gen SMG so I have no frame of reference but it appears to be very smooth. Auto mode seems painless enough although it does get stupid on occasion. Steering is tight and well connected to the road, I would say on par with my 911 in that respect. A bit pushy in tight corners but that would be expected, but easily controlled with the throttle. Sounds just fine to me, I dont think I will even swap the exhaust. Gas hog, but I knew that one going in. All in all, very nice car....

Congrats and welcome! Looks good - someone dropped it for you already - some spacers will flush it up a bit to complete the look...

Regarding the exhaust - I had no intention of swapping it myself - then I caught the mod bug and there was no escape...

You really think that is not stock ride height? In all seriousness, I wouldnt know the difference on this car. Any way to measure to see if it is lower than stock specs? Thanks
