If not a problem, another set of eyes looking at it would be great! Especially a current owner and enthusiast!

Thanks! I'm giving the Vin to my friend and he's going to have it run at BMW there next week.

Just heard back from friend who was in the Marietta, GA area. During his meetings with the local dealership managers he had asked about Luxury Auto and they said that they are a known reputable dealership. The car looked great, but original warranty is gone so with no current warranty on it, that limits to some degree my options as well as the price for warranty.

He suggested that he have one of his dealerships find me a car at auction that meets my criteria since I know what I want. That may be my best option. They would do all the normal checks as if they are buying it(paint, accident, leased, multiple owners, etc..), but it gives me the ability to work a pkg. price from one of their BMW dealerships for extended warranty as well. Plus, given they aren't putting it on their lot they can probably work better pricing. Have to see where the numbers fall. So, buying sight unseen to some degree, but if the specifics are laid out beforehand that should minimalize any issues.....

sounds pretty good. with that tactic you can literally sit back and play the waiting game so to speak
