Taking my M5 to France...need to adjust headlights

Hi guys, I am taking the kids to Disneyland, I need to know if there is a way to manually adjust the headlights from RHD to LHD? Or do I have buy silly stickers from Halfords?

You can undo the round cap on the top of each light under the bonnet and flick over the insides IIRC. Should be in the manual.
