O ring seals leaking on oil cooler

Does anyone know the proper procedure to get to the oil cooler. I can see the seepage at the cooler but it looks like a pain to get to it.
Any advice.

It is more likely to be the connection between the pipes and flange at the top of the cooler. I and many others havethe same problem, weld it up or buy the RPI SV1 cooler which corrects the design flaw.

If you decide to replace the oil cooler, get the RPI.
