Are you a Valentine or an Escort?

Are you a Valentine 1 or Escort (9500, 8500, or else) user?
I currently use the Escort 8500xi 50 and I'm considering building a better warning system for the beast. The two options I'm pondering on are:
- switching to Valentine 1
- keeping my 8500 (which was recently reconditioned) and adding the Escort Laser Shifter ZR4.

9500ix

I love it! The GPS and block out of false signals was a deal closer for me.

The arrows on the V1 would be nice, but when I get hit with K or Ka I slow down imediately arrows or no arrows..

Thanks for this input T. I've been hesitating about upgrading to the 9500 or simply adding the ZR4 to my existing 8500.

I have 2 Escorts: 9500ix hardwired in my e39 and RedLine hardwired in my e60.

I had a V1 before, but I wanted to give Escort a try. Either way, V1 or Escort detectors are great quality.

GPS feature is really nice on the 9500ix.
