The G-Power Hurricane kit is only done in house at their facility in Germany, as it requires a rebuilt motor with forged internals.
However, PSI (Precision Sport Industries) which is located in Florida has done at least a few G-Power Stage II and II+ conversion, which while not a staggering 800hp, are still very impressive at 630hp+
There's also the ESS supercharger kits, which are much cheaper but still produce great numbers.
Thank you so much for the feedback....in terms of keeping the engine reliable for the long run and with check engine free light integrity...is that something you can still expect after giving your car to PSI or having an ESS supercharger installed...I woudnt mind going either route as long as I can be comfortable that my V10 will still be able to go strong for the life of the engine, and not deal with continuous malfunction headaches...

Yes. I had both. Unless you're past 120mph, you're not keeping up with a stock DBA GT-R or even a modded GT-R.
My modded (Pulley, Scoops, Dinan Stage 2 Suspension) M5 could not keep up with my stock DBA (facelifted) GT-R. Sorry. The additional mods that my GT-R will be getting after I return from Laguna Seca this June will put it well past an F10 and even S/C E60 M5. And, those mods aren't much.
Plus, no offense, as much as I love the E60 M5 and love the sound of the S85 V10, please don't think that the E60 M5 is a world beater anymore. It was a great car in its prime, but it's old news with the F10 M5. I loved mine, but when you can pick one up for ~$30k, they're not special. I see more "new" douchebag M5 owners speeding all over the place like they have the fastest/best car ever, but they picked up their 2006 for $35k. There are two sides to the coin.

I respectfully disagree with some of the points made here.. GTR is always faster due to it's demonic LC and AWD yes no argument there..
A used 09 GTR can be had for ~50k too and im not sure they are that special either. Try getting a used 458 or 997 for 50k... GTR have been around now for couple of years and i think "special" is relative. I for one no matter how much money would never consider a GTR since i think the interior fit/finish is subpar to something you would see in M5 much less comparable supercar like 458 or 997. Dont get me started on car sound.. no competition screaming V10 and an induction sound.
There are douchebags for both cars and they are both nice cars but different cars. No use in saying one is better than the other when they mean different things to different people.. IMHO..

Not trying to be a prick but I understand what your saying but this is talking about apples and oranges. The GT-R weighs less then the M5, by 200 plus pounds, is smaller, and shorter and younger. The M5 is a Sedan while the GT-R IS a coupe. I would believe that the GT-R to be a fast car then the M5. They have changed the engine three times and done LCI to it already. So yes it is faster then it. Last the GT-R came to the states in 2009 the M5 2006 the M5 tech and specs are unchanged mostly from 06. One thing is both sides will have the douchebag owners. The 06 M5 going for 30k is correct but once the GT-R reaches six years old it it will have "new" douchebags buying them for 30k....this is the other side of the coin
