I think the M6 will be closer to 8 sec 0-100mph. Still very quick...but not 7 sec. That's insanely fast. Very very few cars are sub 7 sec 0-100mph. Veyron, Aventador, Turbo S, Mc F1, Mc MP-12, Pagoni, Koen. CCX..and I'm sure a few others, etc...It's a pretty short list...so wow! I'm not even sure a ZR-1 is that fast...
Google could be wrong

What is interesting is E60 M5 did 0 to 100 in 9.7 seconds and the new one does it in 8.3 seconds. E63 M6 did it in 8.7 seconds, WTF will the new one do?

No way is the M6 1 sec. faster to 100mph than the M5.

That was probably different tests at different times...I'd say there "might" be 1/2 sec. between them...In fact "fastestlaps.com" has the M6 at 8.7 and the M5 at 9.2 sec.

Yeah that was a huge gap. I am just using google here. Damn you think a stock M5 or M6 could even run that low? I think when I ran one in the vert it was like 10.xx haha.

Regardless, the new M5/M6 will be a beast with just exhaust and a tune. Have you seen Gpowers kit yet? Tune and exhaust is 90 something hp!!

Back to the topic... My vert is .2 seconds faster from 60 to 115 with hardly any gas in it versus a full tank

Haha I am trying to help you achieve gold here! Also check the wind and find a road down wind What do you think a full tank is? Another 100 lbs?

I found a really steep section in the interestate today. I was going to attempt a 60 to 130 on it but I only got to about 120, haha it would have been like 6 seconds because it was so down hill, haha.

A galloon of gas weighs approx. 6.25lbs you work out the full weight times it by what 19 galloon tanks?

I ordered the evolve tune to go with my headers, I will let you know how my vbox numbers hopefully improve. What do you think a realistic improvement is from 60 to 115 or 60 to 130 with headers and a proper tune? Haha I think I am having more fun with the actual vbox than the car. I wish I had a private flat road that was 5 miles long, a vbox, and a few cars of my choice!
