Maybe they arent finished testing the SC Kit yet because it seems that in the past Eloy/RPi are usually very happy to show their products against others...But so far not the case with the SC Kit...I would've expected a few vbox runs by now...and a few highway pulls against some respectable competition. I guess time will tell...but they've also been working on that car since last May...

Also, someone said that the GTR is the new benchmark and king of the hill. Why? Is that due to price for performance? Turbo S is quicker/faster and just as upgradable. Aventador as well. Probably the Mclaren MP as well etc...So what are we basing this off of?? There are a TON of highly modded Porker Turbos out there that are sleepers...SO why all the talk about the GTR? Price is the only thing I can think of...cause the fit and finish is mediocre at best. I'd take a Porsche Turbo over it anyday...

this m5 is such a pleasure to drive even in stock form. from its versatility to its sporty exhasut note to the high revving V10 engine this car really has no equal. it has a nice elegant touch with so much sport enthusiast thrown into it i couldent imagine not trying to make it as fast as we can. its funny how this car is often compared to lambos or mclarens or even gtr's those cars are ment for a single purpose. that race eloy had against that gtr was really close but had it gone a little longer it would have became a slaughter. this car is the shiz guys i think im going to get the supercharger soon....

Until the M5 wins How long have you been seperated? I think I would miss my M6 if I ever got rid of it. It just has so much leg run. I love the M3s but I just cannot fit in those things being so tall. After 20 minutes I am ready to scream and get out of the car.

Being beaten several times by Rab Dog's RPI Stage 2 M5 is the reason I switched from all RDsport to all RPI mods a couple years ago.

It will be 2-years in June, since I shipped her to Canada to the new owner and picked up a 2011 GTR... Funny thing is the GTR goes back in June and I decided to go for the 2013 GTR Black Edition.. I really wanted the new F10 M5, but the GTR has won me over again this round.. One day I will add a F10 again, but im still single and the 2-door Godzilla fits me perfect plus I can basically destroy 98% of cars on the road and track..

Wow this thread evolved in the one day I was gone

Beautiful car you have there Rab Dog.

I agree with a lot that has been said when it comes to trq being a factor in the times but I am only pushing 400trq on the MAHA so I would not expect to beat a lot of cars that come with much more in stock form, also one reason why I do not race against cars I know have tons of trq from a standstill.

Jared I think this kit is as tested as it will be so do not expect any earth shattering news to say they have found the missing reason why this car is not as fast as some expected, I think the cars does very well for it's size being a 4 door. I was actually very proud that it came out unscathed after this past weekend BMW car clinical, it handled admirely

Also on a side note as I know this thread will get buried like the rest but as promised here is the Vbox run from Monday

Yes that's an 8.29sec 60-130mph run
Same elevation as before (a slight incline) and temps around 68F.
