Active Seats stopped working after dead battery?
Came out to my car after work and battery was completely dead. Got it going again, but noticed right away the active seats did not work. It seams like the left side on my drivers seat is loose? The passenger side still works fine. Anybody have their seat, or anything else, stop working after a dead battery? Anybody have their active seats stop working?

Were they working right before the battery died or is there a possibility you just didn't notice? I'm not trying to be rude but sometimes my memory plays tricks on me and maybe you just noticed it now...also, are the lights lighting up on the active seat buttons? Possibly look through the I drive settings as well... Let us know what you find...good luck

sometimes electronics go bad with bmw, best way for me to solve it is turn off the car and turn it back on it should work... if not your headed to the stealership...

Check your setting in the Idrive as these get wiped. If not it may need to go to a dealer for a reprogramming.

The seats were working before dead battery, I would normally reach down and press the button on the seat to tighten the side bolsters to fit. the odd thing is the passenger side works, but not the drivers side.
