That's a shame but thanks for the heads up. Did you happen to pay them with a credit card, if so complain and see if you can dispute the charges. Best of luck.

Hello.

I paid buy bank transfer....
The money is not so important anymore.... I hate when they rob customers... and for sure I'm not the only one.
The quality is **** also and so on.
I'm 100% sure I have save with this threads customers money. Many have contact me by personal e-mail and ask me if they pull the trigger...
I have tell them the truth...

I have stop them in many forums so this have cost the 100 times more money

Yes Exactly.... After this Iconz wheel setup I was ordered a new Rennen R10 setup..... "The lips blow also out" At this moment I saw that Iconz and Rennen are the same products. Iconz use Rennen parts at their wheels and I think the whole wheel is Rennen product.
After few months fight with Rennen they send me new ones at warranty and before I send bak the bad ones they PROMISE me to pay the freight cost..... what did you think happen.... No MONEY from them..... I trust at Rennen also.... but never again..... so watch out for Rennen also.
They promise a lot before you order something from them.... and warranty also.... but when something happen you must figth with them few months!!!
SO NO RENNEN OR ICONZ FOR ME ANYMORE!!!!! BAD QUALITY AND BAD AFTER SALE ALSO.

Brian Showroom sold the Rennen wheels to me and he help me out with the Rennen product but the fight was long and big...
Brian Showroom is a good company and you can trust at him
