Probably a stupid question, as I am not understanding how too do this yet...I just ordered the alpha n tube from jaws. It comes on a mygenie unit, could I use that unit to do the smg tune as well if I programmed it?

Made a video using the Euro Launch Control!

I always noticed with the U.S Spec Launch Control you got a lag once leaving the SMG lever go but now with the Euro Launch Control, no lag, less violent than before, and more awesome! Revs up to 4100, let the SMG lever go, and it takes it from there shifting for you!

Seemed like it took a little long to shift out of first gear, though. Was that because the tires were spinning, or what? Just curious. Oh...and have you tried to adjust the RPM speed of the launch control yet? I think I read somewhere that this can be done using either the turn signal stalk or the cruise control stalk.

Curious to know if the RPM adjustment works or not.

yeah, my rear tires are way low on thread from my powersliding practice ahaha! I was real curious if it would shift on its own and it did, giving it a perfect redline shift, my wheels were spinning till 3rd gea, btw. My adrenaline shot up, i wanted to go again but I'll try it again with a fresh set of PS2's. No more handicap U.S Launch Control!

If you find a more thorough instructions on the adjustment I would love to try!

I wonder if it auto learns the wheel spin like a 458 italia? Would be awesome if it does!

So even when in S mode, the SMG shifted automatically for you at redline for all gears? I just got the Euro SMG coded Friday, but haven't launched yet.

I did go through almost the entire LC sequence just to make sure it would launch at 4k if I let go of the lever, but in the end I didn't let go of the lever.
