LOL found out I was having a third when I bought jed's headers and got the call from gabe that they finally shipped right after my third was delivered at the hospital

Our problem was finding 5.. if the previous five had coated and uploaded pix it would have gone quicker LOL

Does anyone know if the RPi Stage 2 will be at 600 Crank HP??? I can't seemed to find a solid answer on the drive train loss on an E60 M5, I'm hearing a loss of 17% and other say it's 22-23%. I've seen the Dyno's from other RPi Stage 2's at about 470 RWHP, but I've also been told an RPi Stage 2 will get up to 490 RWHP? I can't seem to find a real answer. I just want to know if with the RPi Stage 2, including the ESS Stage 2 tune, will put the M5 at 600 HP at the crank.

I ordered my F10 M5 in Triple Black because of what Wesley Snipes told me:

"You can't make an E60 M5 like this no matter what you do. I don't mean that in a negative way. It is just a completely different type of car."

Dyno-Jet Dyno results: Best Run = 549whp and 512wtq. The only horsepower mods I have right now are the Charcoal Filter Delete and RPi GTM (Straightpipe) Exhaust.

when i spoke to E he said that i would be very close to 600hp after i was done with all the rpi mods. from what im reading no two m5 are alike so im sure youll have variances in respect to hp some articles ive read say 17% loss to the wheel others say 15% some even say 20% so i think its just based on the exact car which is being tested. ill post a dyno when im done. i really want to see a dyno of a car with our setups but with the jethot coating im wondering if that inner coating of .003 is gonna cause any loss to the headers performance. i guess the only way to know for sure is if i dyno first with none coat then remove headers jet coat then re dyno again man thats too much ill just jet coat them and let that be the end of it

I really doubt that we'll see a loss of power from the Jet-Hot Coating. If there is a loss I'm sure it's only gonna be like 1 or 2 horsepower, but this is just my opinion / guess. I'm an expert by no means. I really think I'm going to go with the black coating, and I am wondering if I should / could get the coating done on the entire RPi GT exhaust all the way to the tips. I wonder if that would reduce heat issues further. I may give them a call later also.

logically speaking it would seem that the hotter the air in the pipes are the thinnner or less dense the air is inside them and would allow exhaust to flow faster i dont think coating the exhaust would have a positive affect in performance but if you live somewhere where they salt the roads during snow season to reduce rust and corrosion jet coating the exhaust would seem to be a great idea. i really dont know just my two pesos.

Me ,Tony and John have been down this road and we concluded that the power to the crank is more like 580hp, we even spoke to Eloy about this.
