Ah, sorry guys no pics really. They had a very strict policy on no cameras, plus it wouldn't have been worth it to take any anyways. All they had there was the pre-production test mule they had running around California this past summer. It even still had camoflauge on it. They said no pictures because the production model hasn't officially hit the USA yet. Didn't make any sense to me, since they didn't have the production model there.
Anyways, I convinced them to start the car up and rev it a little. The F10 M5 exhaust note was disappointing to say the least. It sounded cool on start up, but then got really quiet after about a minute. They revved it up, and it didn't sound that good either. I think this car will be in a serious need of an RPi full catback exhaust as soon as it come out. RPi could make millions of dollars if they can make this car sound good. Haha! I did get to look in the inside though and that was pretty sweet.
I also tried to bribe them into letting me drive it. They said they weren't even allowed to move the car since it belongs to the Engineering Test Division there and not to them. Lame.
I personally think that most people will be sticking with there E60's with RPi Headers and RPi Full Catback exhaust system, rather than get the quietest M5 that has ever been produced.
