its unfortunate really and no one deserves this. But I am in no way to donate money to her because there are much more unfortunate people that needs our money. unicef, world visions, and so on... She could afford to drive a 90k M5 but decided not to spend the 200 extra a year to get replacement on a leased vehicle. Sorry.

i will donate 100bucks to the children hospital instead.

Jazmine, so sorry to see your car go the way it did. I think it boils down to, not so much about it being an M5, but your own personal transportation that plays an important role in your daily activities (it just happened that it was an M5) having been destroyed shamelessly. I'm sure if it had been an Acura or MB or anything else, surely it would have been just as impactful.

It sounds like you're going through a rough patch financially and emotionally. However, and if possible, I would recommend finding a lawyer to fight for you because I would fight tooth and nail to not have to pay for something that was destroyed in a circumstance beyond my control. At least consult with one to see if you have a fighting chance to get the 10K reduced, if not anullled, somehow.
