Rice Rockets from Irvine? Actually, I'd say "Bimmers from Irvine" is a better line. Irvine has more BMW's than anything, if you ask me...

Rice Rockets can be found all over, though the biggest concentration (that I know of) in SoCal seems to be in LA.
