need a list of fluids for my M5

Can anyone tell me what fliuds they use in there E60 M5's. Preferably alternates to the stuff you get at the dealer. Ran a search but all I found were replies from e39's. Skip the oil as we know what that leads to. If I could find a source for 55 gal. drums of the 10-60 castrol oil do you think I could sell what I don't need on the board. Thanks to any and that reply.

Opie oils here in the Uk do the 'correct' oil at a good price, they have deals on most of the time. I have a business account if I can help.
