Name not coming up on incoming calls.

Just changed my phone over from HTC TytnII to HTC Hero. Everything works OK except for the names are not coming up on the iDrive with incoming calls, I just get 5 asterisks instead.
I can see all the names through the iDrive and the name appears whilst I'm doing an outgoing call.

Any ideas?
