Hi from a newbe

Hi everybody.

I bought myself a lovely M5 yesterday. I have a few initial issues I'm working through, but so far I'm loving it. I recently sold my Audi B7 RS4 and thought I was going to struggle finding something to replace it..... how wrong was I?!?!

I have bought a Black E60 AC Schnitzer M5, and am the friend of Lee (GT Two) that he mentioned in his post. It was very odd that the two of us picked up black M5's within a day of each other.

I've attached a few pictures from when I picked it up. I'll try to get a few more nicer ones.

Paul

Welcome and congratulations! Wow, that looks like a complete E60 M5 AC Schnitzer. Do you have a list on what is added from AC Schnitzer?

Thanks.

I am currently trying to track down all the detail about the car. So far I'm very impressed with BMW. I went to Coopers today and they gave me a full printout of everything that has been done to the car (with the exception of the Schnitzer stuff, as I need to speak to a Sytner dealership for that). They did give me a full list of ordered options that were put on the car, and by the looks of it, it has everything!

It also included screens in the rear headrests, a 6 disc DVD changer in the boot and a second freeview tuner (these are the things I'm having trouble with at the moment).

As far as I can see, the Schnitzer bits are:

Wheels
Lowering Springs
Exhaust
Rear Spoiler
Wing Mirrors (with Carbon bottoms)
Carbon Grill
Front Splitter
Silver lower grill
Titanium Carbon interior trim
Titanium Carbon steering wheel
Perforated Leather (apparently it's Schnitzer and slightly different)
Hand Brake lever

As you can see, I'm an expert when it comes to M5's.
