Looks very impressive from the video. However, I can't say I like it until I drive it to see how the shifts FEEL

US Spec does have this.

The US specs will have this.
It's in LC mode so it shifts by itself at the best optimum revs.
When your in normal manual mode you could shift when ever you please just like the smg, you could redline it all day if you like
I don't own this video nor is it my car, this is just a video i found.

It would be much more impressive if you drive it, with all that power and TORQUE. As far as big SUV's this is a car with a badge that will definitely impress and not disappoint
