Did the dealer replace your pads together with the rotors??

I think you should start pushing for them to replace the calipers...

If anything, 3 replacements of the same thing would make you eligible for lemon'ing the car in California. How are PA's laws regarding this?

The PA Lemon Law only applies to NEW vehicles. However there is a federal law called the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act which covers defective used vehicles if the problem first occurred under the factory warranty (which mine did).
