Ahhhh! The butt dyno.

Well since mine is acutely tuned to pick up on fractional horsepower differences, I can tell you it is a major change. Obviously it is hard to describe in writing but I certainly can tell the difference. Second gear roll ons wont always spin the tires but you can certainly feel the tires fighting for traction. I can power slide the car onto the highway in third gear on one of those circular on-ramps.

The difference is precisely 9.837562% more power on the butt dyno!! The additional torque through the power band makes city driving much more fun, plus I have the taller gears in the rear which make the car squirt around town.

I have not paid as much attention to the oil temps. They still go up when I am driving the car very hard but I am believe they go down faster and dont go as high. Since I am moving to Vegas, the oil cooler was a no-brainer.

I have been driving M5s for 5 years and for 5 years I have wanted headers. I never got them because of the California smog issues. So when RPI came up with a smog friendly solution I had to jump on it. It is the best of both worlds. Real power, all the time, better than the other headers, can easily be converted back to smog legal....a no-brainer if you are okay spending the money.

Kenny and I still have a different set up than Falb. We are both full stage 2 with a little more tweak and peak in our set ups... The Straight Pipe set up is what really takes the car to the next level..
