sorry if this has been clarified elsewhere, but the $40K price tag includes labor?
is it just the engine w/ stroked & bored cylinders, pistons, rods, crank etc... or does it include the intakes, MAF's, throttle bodies too??
if so i might want to be the fourth on this thread!

For the engine alone with labor, it will be around $40,000. The throttle bodies, exhaust, air mass assem., and pulley take the price with labor to ~$48,000.

one more question..

i understand that dinan products match the 4yr/50K mile warranty of the car. and if the car is older or has more miles than that dinan will provide 2yr unlimited mile warranty from the date of purchase of the dinan product.

for example if you have 3 yr, 11 month/49K mile vehicle, then it would be prudent to get the mod only after you're past 4yr/50K mile mark? in order to qualify for dinan's 2 yr/unlimited mile warranty right??

That, I do not know the answer to. Call Dinan and they will get you in touch with your regional rep. They have been very helpful in answering all questions and are in close contact with the dealer.
