Its pretty safe to assume they are not going to even attempt to dig out of an over 2 million dollar hole of back orders.. I hope most people paid via credit card..

Thanks Gustav. I wont be taking any risks with them. Tons of other wheel manufacturers with good reputation and choices to take this risk.

i dunno if he was 100% serious, but basically it would be the same as a ponzi scheme, but with a production front...

it sounds like there weren't enough profits from sales to pay for the production of new rims...and the cash earned in advance for the back orders didn't cover the cost for the new rims

...am surprised, this company was being praised on another site...personally i didn't like em since am usually prejudice with new companies

edit:

saw a link to mbworld and a customer received USED rims that where for a different car and parts that where supposedly rust proof where entirely rusted

I dont know why everyone is saying bad stuff about them, I know them as I am local and they are doing everything possible to come out of this rut they are in. They even have some sort of new management company that came in called Forged Distributing that is handling everything. Gustav, you seem to be one of the main admin's here, why dont you call them yourself and find out the truth instead of posting this? I only say that because I ordered wheels from them about 6 weeks ago and I already have them on my car I will try and post pictures as they did a photo shoot for me too, cool guys!

on a side Note, Mike it was a pleasure talking to you earlier today and I look forward to meeting up with you Monday so that you can do the "works" to my M (I talked to you today and asked about the K@N filters)

well you've had a good experience with them that don't mean it's been the same with the rest of their customers...if you search this board for the big 360forged thread there's multiple people who've had some seriously bad experiences and then there's links to MBWorld with the same...one person complaining about a fluke is one thing, but multiple people on multiple boards is worth more than the company telling us otherwise...how pissed would you be if you order for a set of rims to be made and when you got em they're actually used and all the sizes are wrong...and the rim is basically for a different car

Yep, I see what you mean... not sure why you would get upset at me though. My point is I ordered a set 5 weeks ago and they told me it would be 4-6 weeks. I think their new management is pretty on point with new stuff... Can we all just be friends now?
