We had winteryres with a max speedrating of 240 km/h.

Fuelprice is roughly €1,3 and a bit over €5 per US gallon.
BMW M5 Touring works great in wintertime with wintertyres.
On our way down the BMW M5 Touring is stock but our destination is Supersprint in Italy, near Mantova.
Our next fuelstop was at midnight.
At 1:30 AM where in Denmark.
Where for some reason the Shell V-Power si 100 octane instead of the usual 99 octane we get in Sweden?
Awating the ferry to Germany and Puttgarten from Denmark (Rödby) at 2:17 AM. Good time for a late dinner.

Close to Kassel and Hannover in Northern Germany, with and impresive AVERAGE speed of 177,4 km/h (111 mph) over a distance of 1087 km (680 miles).
Engine level is OK so is service level of brakepads and -oil.
Increasing the average speed to 180,7 km/h (113 mph)...
Time 05:30 AM and we reached the outskirts of our destination and close to Kassel where we decided to take a nap.
Waking up at 11 a.m. we seemd to overslept and needed to get moving!

And now for a very interesting experience: a mini-USA within Germany at a US Army base. We had US fuelprice in gallons and you paid with dollar. 110 V electrical system and also American shopping on electrics. And of course fast food
I have never seen this fastfood chain in Europe.

And this was the reason. Fire truck! But we didnt see the fire?
At 10 PM o'clock we are starting to worry if we will miss out on the Monte Carlo nightlife...
But at 16 minutes past midnight we arrived at Monte Carlo...
and the casino that is the main revenue generator for the inhabitants of Monaco. Therefore they pay no tax. The casino was just next to our hotel...
...where we where accompanied by a Swiss-registred Bugatti 16:4 Veyron.
The representatives of the hotel told us they much prefeered our car to that of the Veyron when considering the price.
Accompanied by a couple of Ferrari F430 Spider and the obligatory Mercedes Benz S-classe.
The Veyron in broad daylight. The representatives for the hotel asked us to leave the car next to the Bugatti Veyron if we wanted but we rather had it in a garage, as opposed to the Veyron owner.
Hotel Hermitage was built in the begining of the 1900.

From the snowy days and nights of Stockholm Sweden it was a relief to see grapes in the city of Monte Carlo!
No one steals anything in Monte Carlo. Not een your proof of parking, so you can have it outside your Brabus Mercedes V12.
