Engine Light Came On

Just wondering if any one experienced the same issue. Today when i went to start the car, the DSC light came on and indicated a DSC failure and to take the car to the Dealer to check out the problem. i called the dealer and they can't take me till next Monday but the service tech said don't worry about it . Without boring you with the details I offloaded on him. As this is my daily driver, I still need to drive her and the notification changed this evening to Emissions problem. Any one have a simmilar issue or might be able to shead some light on this? TIA.

Most of the trips are to and from work (about 20 miles each way). i usually don't warm the car up longer than a minute or two. the total mileage is about 4500 miles mostly driven during the day.

So as I just posted in another thread - after a few errands today the warning went away. It seems to be an intermittent problem in cold weather.
