"NASTY M5" Owner in Corona, California
To the owner of the black M5 driving on Magnolia Ave.
Had I known you were driving an M5, I wouldn't have done what I had done.
And no, it was not necessary to put it in P500. I know what an M5 can do.

I'm driving down a road and I need to move into the left lane to make a left turn. I see a headlight coming up pretty fast in my side mirror. I decide to accelerate a bit (lie, I actually floored it but considering my 14-year-old M60, it's only a bit) to maybe 50-60MPH to get ahead. I passed "NASTY M5" for a little while, and I'm about to signal left when he/she rockets past me.
It then becomes an awkward situation because we're both waiting to turn left at a red light. Once the light became green, he/she shot out of the turn leaving a trail of rubber behind and turned right into the upper-class part of the suburbs while I continued straight with my friends congratulating my fail.
Had I known it was an M5, I would've just waited until he/she passed me to switch lanes.
