How can we close the Trunk permanently ?
Hi !
How Can we Close the trunk permanently ?
so we can put our things inside without any fear that any one can open it if he have the key !
Is their any 12v socket back in the trunk where it is located ?

my friend im confused, if we lock the trunk permentatly then how do you retrieve what's inside??

what i mean is that to have like akey or a switch button that lock the trunk so no one can open it like what the 7 series have inside the arm rest .

There is a 12V outlet in the trunk.
I don't know of a way to "lock" the trunk unfortunately.

take your key insert and insert it in the trunk lock and manually lock the trunk.

The valet key is your answer. Look in your glove box and you will find a shell (or outer case) of a key. Remove the key from your FOB and then insert it into the shell that you removed from the glove box.
To remove the key from the FOB you will need to pinch both sides and will slide out.
I hope this helps.

Ya ! but wht is the point from doing this what will happen if i remove the plastic shell from its place and insert it into my metal key.
What will happen next ?

Then whoever has your m5's shell with the metal key inside can only drive your car & cannot open the trunk because there are no buttons on the key.
Try it and see if the trunk will open when you push the button inside the car. Just make sure that only the shell is in range and your set of keys arent.
